Forge Universal Installation Issue (Windows)

I have been trying to install a Forge Universal, however when I run Minecraft afterward, it gets stuck on 'Done Loading'.

What I have tried so far:

I have tried multiple different versions: 6.0.0.329, 5.0.0.321, 4.1.3.413 (this one is FML)

Forge Universal is the only thing I have installed after downloading a fresh copy of minecraft (running the exe after deleting everything in the %appdata%)

I have tried with both deleting and not-deleting the Meta-INF (and get stuck at the same point either way)

I have ensured that my Java installation is up-to-date (running 7u9 for both 64-bit and 32-bit installations)

(Slightly unrelated) AMCO (latest build when starting fresh) works just fine (of course this doesn't require a separate installation of forge)

Here is the stack trace:

4.x is 1.3.2

5.x is 1.4

6.x is 1.4.1/1.4.2

Some twat promoted the 1.4.1 build cuz were were fixing jenkin's permissions, and nobody noticed, but its fixed, recomended is a 1.3.2 build now.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
