Posted April 23, 201510 yr Hi, now that I have a mob that attacks Zombies, I would like the Zombies to have a chance to fight back. I have no idea how to do this, and I think it might be impossible, but is there a way to influence the AI of Zombie entities to attack my custom mob? Thanks for any help (:
April 23, 201510 yr The AI lists (tasks and targetTasks) for all vanilla entities are public fields. So you can totally change the AI of any mob the way you want. You can just add to the existing list, or you can clear the existing list and build it back up with your own. Check out my tutorials here: http://jabelarminecraft.blogspot.com/

The only thing to be aware of is that the EntityConstructed event fires before those fields are initialized. Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.
