I was introduced to minecraft by a friend and he told me that vanilla was not very good but that modded minecraft was really nice and I wanted to try it before purchasing a minecraft game.

 

Is it posible to download forge for the demo version of the game to test it before the actual purchase?

I've allready tested the demo and didn't find myself any goal to achieve, that's why I'm looking for modded minecraft.
