Forge Installer Failed to open on mac

this is the log that came up on my desktop, i'm using the forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10-installer and i've updated my java to java 8.

Try clearing your internet cache. Also go to files.minecraftforge.net/mirror-brand.list and tell me what that shows you.

Should work fine. We removed one of the mirriors because they were 404ing.

The .list file can't be opened because i'm on a mac and I can't find a program to open it. I cleared my internet cache and that didn't help.

Just use a text editor to open it...
