[1.7.10] "qmunitylib: any" not found

When I was loading up the latest recommended version of Forge today, I was getting an error saying that "qmunitylib: any" was missing.

I installed Forge onto 1.7.10 using the "forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10-installer" .jar installer.

 

Mod List:

In the .minecraft\logs\fml-client-latest.log:

Pastebin because the log was so large
