I am trying to update Forge to the recommended Version and getting the following error while starting Minecraft after installing Forge:

 

Couldn't download https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1448-1.7.10/1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1448-1.7.10.jar for job 'Version & Libraries'

java.lang.RuntimeException: Server responded with 403

 

typing the URL in my Browser responded Error 403 too!

 

I can´t explain why i don´t have the permission!

User was banned for using a cracked launcher.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
