MC 1.7.10 standart launcher, last forge, last optifine (without optifine i see bugs too) about 120 mods (like FTB ultimate pack)

What find the cause of it?

Bugs appear about 15-40 min after start game and fix it can only restart MC (reload world dont help).

Start off in a fresh world to see if it happens without any mod machines.

I'd also say start trying to reproduce it without some of the mods. First mods i would chuck is optifine and any that are listed as coremods in the logs.

On new world+modpack without mod blocks (exept ores and other worldgen) bug also present.

Testing without some of the mods in process.
