Forge not Installing libraries

I have windows 10 and running latest java .. I tried to download forge of the webiste, I have tried Instaler, Win instaler and neither work this is what i keep getting this error msg http://imgur.com/YTODbEn It seems it cant install libraries 2.11 What should i do

Btw The version I tried installing is the reccomomned for 1.8

I am not the best when it comes to coding but where is the log exactly? I can imagine u are probaly faceplaming

Well I download it, And try to install it and i get that msg posted in imgur

The thing is i never check where i put it .. when i download it i dont put it anywhere i just run it

I am reinstalling a new one and for some reason my internet is slow and ill give log when done

Hi. We're at a Code Club and trying to install the Forge client as well, but it fails after trying to download the libraries. Looks like a Forge server problem, since everything else works perfectly here. Both Windows and Mac users get the same error. One of our Mac users also got *really* slow download speeds when getting the forge jar-file, like 15 minutes on 3,2 MB or something.. And we're on a top-notch connection here and everything whizzes along just nicely.

We tried working around it by copying the libs from a computer that had Forge already installed, but to no avail.

Hope somebody can look into it and find a solution soon..
