In .minecraft/versions/%version% there is only a .json file)

P.S. Maybe there is a file that I need to manually insert there? Clear install, only trying to create a modpack btw.

It was outdated keinett, also tried hacked official launcher.

Now it works with a custom launcher, so problem solved, thanks!
