Hello! So I'm working on my mod, and I was wondering. Is it possible to enable and disable parts of a model.

For example I'm doing brick laying. So when the player places a brick in the specific spot it can be placed. I want it to show.

B = half of brick

Like its an inadvisable model then as the blocks are placed.... the parts of it slowly turn on.

You will probably want to have logic to change blockbounds when you add bricks, and in your rendering class you will basically just section off the code that renders each brick behind if tests.

I don't know if that is the recommended way of doing this but it will work.

You would need to use metadata and an ISimpleBlockRenderingHandler
