You can see on the screen, on vanilla the texture rendering look's good but with forge player's can see under the block. :o

If is important, I made the 3D models with BDcraft Cubik pro official version.

Judging by the bounding box, a half slab.

This is not a bug, we cull the hidden faces of half slabs and stairs.

Just like with every other block.

And why it's work in vanilla ?

The model needs to follow the vanilla shape.

 

But my ressourcepack work in Vanilla (Look at the screen). The x-ray bug appear only with Forge.

That is because you are abusing undefined vanilla behavior. It just happens to work in this version, future vanilla versions might very well include the optimizations that forge contains now.
