I can't mod

When i opened my workspace (Mod Folder > eclipse) with Eclipse, the MDKexample folder is empty, what can i do? In the modding tutorial videos that folder is filled with a lot of things. How do i make them appear?

I have already done the "gradlew setupDecompWorkspace" and "gradlew eclipse" in the Mod Folder.

When i try to do thoose commands again in the eclipse folder it tells me "gradlew" is not a existing command.
