Forge with 1.10.2 - jobs resources (downloading fail)

Got a major problem. I've searched everywhere! I have done a fresh install of MC. Fresh install of forge, and still same errors. I have loaded into normal 1.10.2 prior to installing and running forge. 1.10.2 runs great, just not with forge attached to it. Also dropped firewall completely, and allowed exceptions through firewall when it was on. Reinstalled fresh version of java. You name it, I've done it (at least everything I could think of). Any ideas? Here is the pastebin :

@diesieben07, only happens with forge though, which is bizarre.  :-\

@Ravenleft : I'll give it a shot and update here.

Hmm, well the error messages are saying that Java is failing to resolve the URLs to a usable address... which usually means that Java is trying to use IPv6 when the computer is set up to use both IPv4 and IPv6 over a connection that doesn't actually support IPv6 (or is misconfigured). Forcing Java to use IPv4 usually prevents those problems from occurring.

However, I also noticed that you're using Java 8 update 25 which indicates that you're using the Windows-specific version of the launcher (the one that installs itself under C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft and comes with Java "built in"), this version is prone to break when using, for example, Forge (because Windows..it's not a problem with Forge itself).

Try using the universal launcher. Download minecraft.jar instead of minecraft.exe from minecraft.net and/or run launcher.jar from "c:\users\[your windows username]\appdata\roaming\.minecraft".

This assumes you have Java installed separately.
