October 22, 20169 yr Author Your blockstate file is missing a variant, "half=top, variant=false" Hmmm... I did not except the variants to be called, "half=bottom, variant=false" and "half=top, variant=false". Seems very odd to me. Must be something I have done wrong somewhere. Anyway that fixed the problem for the single slabs, top and bottom, but did not fix anything for the double slab. There isn't any log with errors here.
October 22, 20169 yr Vanilla blockstate files concatenate all of the states into a single string. Forge blockstate files allow you to separate them, but you still need to list them all. http://mcforge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/blockstates/forgeBlockstates/ Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked. DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.

I needed to make two blocks, one for a single slab, and another for the double slab. And as far as I know a sinlge forge blockstate file can't be used here. I could be wrong of course, not that skilled in forge blockstate.
