I'd like to spawn an Entity from a message.

But it seems to get problems in smp because it's the network thread and not the server thread.

Is there a way to get to the server thread from there, is there a command queue or something similar?

You need to use

IThreadListener

from the network thread to schedule a task to run on the main thread. Forge's documentation explains this here.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

Okay

and inside my onMessage:

 @Nullable
    @Override
    public IMessage onMessage(@NotNull RecallCitizenMessage message, MessageContext ctx)
    {}

where do I get the IThreadListener? I don't have the WorldServer object.

Gosh, if only those pages had an example on them.

Something somthing player.getServerForPlayer something something.

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked.

DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
