server wont start anymore help please

For some reason i can not create servers anymore i have a ftb server that just works. But if i want to create a new server like  mindcrack or magic world it gives this error can someone help.

Okay, if you want to make a FTB pack server:

1. Switch your FTB launcher to server mode. (Filter->Side->Server)

2. Download whatever pack you want.

3. Extract it and run any of the bat files, depending on your amount of RAM.

i did al of that 20 times already   i re-installed java  and it still does not work when i sent the same files to a friend he can run it.
