1.4.6 black screen forge 6.5.0 recommended

I'm having black screen right after installing forge. Minecraft opens, Mojang logo, then this endless black screen, without using any other mods.

Using huge text, dose not help. And If you need help, provide some more information. Like the ForgeModLoader-client-0 and your system details.
