[1.10.2] Can i make a Gui with .svg or similar?

So hey guys,

im new in Modding, but I have already the basics. Now i had made an Gui, but that Gui that I wont to make is very special and not in Mincraft style.

 

The Gui must be similar to:

watch-dogs-2-skills-faehigkeiten.jpg

 

So one opinion is .svg

 

Also, my question is: Can I make that Gui in Minecraft, and my favorit is with .svg. And when yes, how can i do this.

    1) Do you know how to code?

    2) SVGs are not natively supported by Minecraft, you'll either have to write a parser and renderer for them yourself or use png

    3) Can you do this with PNG? Sure.

    Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

     

    Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked.

    1) Because you don't know where to start and haven't posted any code.

    3) So write your own collision code.

    4) My personal text is because people tend to do stupid shit (Me: "Do X and your code will work." Them: "Ok, I did Y, but it doesn't work." Me: "That's because you didn't do X.") and then get upset when I tell them they did stupid shit.
