an unban request for #minecraftforge

ok a long while ago(saying long because I forget how long ago it happened), and I was banned from #minecraftforge for a reason of "pirating minecraft" and I'm like, "how is it pirating it if I don't distribute?" and I'm wondering if I can get unbanned from it so if I ever need help while I code a mod, I can get it.

Pirating: to use or reproduce (another's work) without permission, usually in contravention of patent or copyright.

 

it is illegal just to download it it does not matter if you re distribute it is still illegal

 

 

its the same thing as if you were to walk into the store steal a box of coke but drinking them all your self instead of giving them to others
