[Solved] Gui not opening

Hello,

I implemented two GUIs, basically one and mimiced the other.

The first I implemented works fine. But the second is never shown or displayed.

Maybe somebody can find my mistake I am simply overlooking or just give ideas

about common mistakes in the code and thinks that are important.
