Whenever I create a world with any build of Forge 6.6.0.5## it crashes and outputs this:

Any help I can get with this? Also, if you need me to post what mods I'm using, I can do that.

Optifine is broken with forges above 499 right now. Try seeing if your HD texture pack works without Optifine, until the maker fixes it.
