Destroying instabreak blocks in survival mode (515)

When loading up my modded survival world, i try to break a torch to move it. When i do, i get this.

Minecraft Forge Build 6.6.0.515.

 

Only in survival/adventure mode, too. Not creative.

There was no log (the crash report said something about a "crash-2013-01-27_16.39.15-client.txt")...

Simple issue you've installed something on top of Forge that is not compatible with forge, this is not my issue.
