Forge causes mobs to freeze after opening a command block (game stops ticking)

Hello,

I've installed forge 1.10.2 with no mods.

After creating a brand new world, and placing a command block in it, whenever I open a command block, all I see is this:

(Notice the color of the buttons, which are unpressable)

After exiting the command block, all mobs freeze for like 10 seconds, and then return to normal.

Pressing Esc and clicking the 'Open to Lan' option with allowing cheats fixes that for a duration of about 10 minutes, but I would like a permanent solution.

Please Help!

Thanks!

Not reproducible on a clean Forge.

Also you should update to 1.11.2

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

What do you mean by not reproducible?

I am using 1.10.2 and not 1.11.2 since I many mods I like are not updated with 1.11.2

The yell at the modders to update its been 4 months that's plenty of time to update.

As for not reproducible, mean I just tested it and it isn't happening on any of the systems I have access to.

So strip out your mods and start going through to figure out which one is breaking it.

Should I still have a log even though the game does not crush?
