[Forge 1.10.2] How to create a block that outside is small but inside is big (Can show the inside like the TARDIS)?

The title says all! Do I need to do some render or dimensional teleporter?

Depending on exactly what you want (do you want the player to be able to go inside? place blocks inside? neither? both?) you would accomplish this in slightly different ways.

 

However, given that you've had to ask I'm going to peg the difficulty of all of them as "way more difficult than you'll be able to understand."

Inside, player can do all thing like normal world!

Create a new Dimension, and make your block act like a portal.
