Minecraft won't work even if I have forge UNABLED ┻━┻ ﾐヽ(ಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

For some reason, ever since I downloaded Forge 1.12, even when I don't have it enabled, Forge STILL won't work and this glitch has been happening for weeks! Please, if there any Forge moderators out there, please tell me how to fix this weird glitch in the replies section down below. So heres the problem: everytime I open up Minecraft with Forge 1.12 ENABLED, it does absolutly nothing but close the launcher. And everytime I try to open it up without Forge 1.12 or any mods, and It brings me to the MOJANG title, but it never loads to the actual game! I also tried it with forge WITHOUT any mods, but that did nothing! And this has been happening to me ever since I INSTALLED Forge 1.12 in the first place! So, even if I uninstall it, its still doesn't work! Please, any Forge experts out there, please let me know any suggestions or comments in the reply section down below. Also, please note me there if I did anything wrong with making this thread, This isn't my 100th thread I ever made xD. Thank you, and have a fabulous Summer.

Could you post your fml log. 

VANILLA MINECRAFT CLASSES ARE THE BEST RESOURCES WHEN MODDING

That is not the FML log. The FML log is logs/fml-client-latest.log in your minecraft directory.

I don't know what you are doing, but you are cutting off the log after a few lines. This log should be very long.

Please delete everything in the logs folder. Then re-run Forge once and post the resulting logs.

So every FML folder I have, then will that also reset my minecraft server, maps, etc. list? Or just the one FML/latest (whatever) log? And, does deleting and reinstalling forge still does the same thing as ^^^ ?
