I want to open a gui would show the item in a chest without inventory and without possibility to take items. The normal gui of chest is opened.
August 1, 20178 yr I'm no expert, but try returning something other than FAIL. Pretty sure there's a SUCCESS? What I think is happening is your item is opening the GUI, but not saying to ignore block options with it's return, so the chest then opens it's GUI just after, in the same tick. I could be wrong though. Edit: just checked the code for an item of mine that opens a GUI, and I'm fairly sure this is your problem.. August 1, 20178 yr If you want your item to open a GUI, why are you checking to see if a TileEntity exists in the world? Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.
