Advanced Crafting [1.8]

I am trying to make 2 advanced crafting recipes:

One involves using a item with durability, and I want to simply damage the item once, and not consume it.

The second one involves replacing a sea lantern with a prismarine crystal after crafting, much like when crafting cake, the milk is replaced with buckets.

Plz teach me!
