I seek for help now for over two months now and nobody was able or even helped me at all.

There is this very awkward issue from forge (doesn't matter which version it is) where it ruins the whole minecraft.
It's apparently a technical issue, but when I play ordinary vanilla MC i have no issues what so ever.
The whole GUI is overlapping and scaled incorrectly than Minecraft itself.

I would love to hear some actual tips or help on how to solve it.

Do you have any scaling setting setup in windows? This is actually interesting and not something i've seen before. Nore able to reproduce.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

I even messed around with the scaling of windows and the other scaling thing to see if this even effects it, which doesn't at all.
I can make all max or all shuffled around, all normal, all tiny - just no changes whatsoever.
Again, i tried like A LOT of things to see if there is anything that could help even a tiny bit.
