I have been creating my own mod for a while and I went on minecraft 1.11.2 forge to test out my mods and it worked, everything was there. But then I wanted to test if it would work a second time and it came up with this error which I do not know how to fix:

 

The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail
