I am trying to add custom drops to vanilla mobs. Does anyone know how to set the rarity of a drop? Replies would be very helpful.

    As for the rarity, you have to generate a random number and check if it's below a threshold before adding your drops. But you should update and use loot tables.

    People still don't seem to realise the fuckton of people making mods in 1.7 and 1.8 since they are the best version out there... lol
