I really hope I'm not missing something obvious, but when I try to run the installer it says I'm not connected to the internet, but I am. I've restarted, ran it as administrator, I have java.. Any thoughts?

can you post the log?

No log file is created that I've been able to find... A file is created when I launch the installer called 2490 but its removed/deleted as soon as I get the error message that I'm not connected to the internet.
