Problem starting up my Forge Server (first time)

getting this error when i first try to load the server for the first time.

this is directly from the installer, and i checked and triple checked my spelling to make sure its all right

that is the file view. i've been trying to fix this for a long time, can anyone help me?

 

Edit: I've made a vanilla server before and that went fine, but this is my first time making a modded server.

Edit2: yeah i know im an idiot and forgot the -jar, but it still doesnt work

you forgot -jar in front of the jar name

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
