Posted May 14, 20187 yr Hi, I'm currently trying to look at how 1.13 handles its' furnace recipes (JSON!) and need to know how to use MCP to deobfuscate the latest snapshot's source code. I have tried a number of tutorials to use MCP, but it seems that since forge's existence direct use of MCP has dwindled almost out of existence. If anybody has this knowledge, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share it. A number of other people @Exsolutus, @MDW01 have expressed interest in the source code, and jabelar, Draco18s & diesieben07 have expressed interest about the workings of 1.13. I am trying to understand how to use https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MCPConfig in conjunction with MCP. May 14, 20187 yr You dont use MCP. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
May 14, 20187 yr @LexManos Might I ask what, then, we use to deobfuscate the snapshots? I assume there are mappings in some obscure corner of the internet. Help from yourself or anyone else who knows this would be appreciated.
May 15, 20187 yr The mappings arnt for people who don't know how to apply mappings themselves, and decompile themselves. It's not hard. There is nothing worth looking at right now.
