Please HELP!!! (1.12.2 server issue)

For about three day now I’ve been trying to get my game to run a modded server using the forge servers to create it. But to my dismay no mods will load aside from Not enough items which shows the individual blocks from the mods too. Trying to summon them in makes the  server say they don’t exist. Is there something I’m doing wrong. All of the mods are fully updated and the server is open but I still have no clue on how to get them running properly.

 

the mods installed are

Aether II

Twilight forest

 

All 1.12.2

 

I need Help ASAP to get this running

Thanks i have recently figured out that the "problem" with my first thread was just an internet error on my part and i could not get it to work and i apologize for if it was annoying and brash
