I am currently trying to make a ModCreator. A simple GUI interface, that beginners or people who cannot code can create simple mods. Now I need to download the MDK from the forge-website, but it's currently hard-coded into the code and the user cant select the forge version. I saw that there is a version_manifest.json for minecraft itself. Is there something similar for forge?

No, but you might want to talk to the Multi-MC people about how they allow users to install different forge versions

Dont do this.

First off modders need to know the basics, and if they cant download a zip, and extract it they shouldn't be modding.

Secondly, automated downloads of Forge is discouraged because the main source of revinue for Forge to pay our server costs and the like is the ads on the download page.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

      Cobblemon GTS requires LuckPerms to work If you already have Luckperms, try different builds of both mods until you find a working combination

      After adding all my mods and everything loading up fine, I go to create a singleplayer world and it load to 100 then crashes saying: The game crashed: exception in server tick loop Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/luckperms/api/LuckPermsProvider Crash Report: https://pastebin.com/nmTTFBB4
