Ok, I'm a tad new to mods and installing them, but I was able to get Minecraft Forge up and running, but whenever I tried to add a coremod to it, it'd say "There was a fatal error when starting up minecraft".

Can anyone help? Heres the error log (I think. Remember, I'm new, so let me know if it isn't right.)

Oh, and I'm using Minecraft 1.5 and Minecraft forge 7.7.0.589

People for the love of god! If you get a error while installing a mod FIRST GO TO THE MOD FORUM not ours.

The issue is typically on the modders end.

This one in particular is caused because NEI require Java 7. Absolutely NOTHING to do with forge.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
