Hi. I want to use the original Texture for example from stone or fire for my own Block. How can i set this Model and Texture (without a import of a texture and creating json files)

In your json:

"texture":"minecraft:stone"

To expand on Draco18s' answer, each resource location has a "domain" and a "path". The "domain" is basically the mod id, and in the case of Minecraft vanilla stuff the domain is "minecraft". So you can access resources in vanilla asset folders by using a resource location that points to "minecraft" domain.
