Annotation not allowed here in @SidedProxy

So, today i start to develop my mod in 1.12.2.

But i can't continue because IntelliJ IDEA says: Annotation not allowed here wherever i put @SidedProxy

I tried to put my java language level to 9 to 8 to see if i solve that problem, but nothing...

Instead use an interface called IProxy, the idea of a CommonProxy is illogical. Your "CommonProxy" is your @Mod class.
