So i set up a modded minecraft forge server on my computer.

Therefore i used the forge 1.12.2-14.23.1.2590 version and the "modern skyblock 2" server files. (its a sky modpack with 200+ mods)

I created a start.bat file for starting. So my server use minimum 1GB of ram, up to 4GB from my 16GB.

@echo off
java -Xms1024M -Xmx4096M -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.2590-universal.jar gui
pause

The Server starts and everything look fine, but ingame, the game is not really well playable.

Everything is a little bit laggy, like you move in slow motion.

Its not too bad and not everytime, but you can feel it.

I just started playing, so im on a little platform in the sky, maybe 200 blocks had been set, no redstone (-clocks) or mobfarm except from a 3x5 spawning platform.

But when i look to the server gui, my server only uses like 600-800mb of ram?

Someone has an idea, what i can change for a better game experience?

It doesn't matter if i play on my computer (where the server is running), on another computer in local network or my friend is joining from another city.

In singleplayer the modpack run really smooth.

Just cycle through some forums and tested some stuff, but nothing works for me.

setup:

java 1.8.0_51 64bit installed

OS: Win 10 Education x64

RAM: 16GB RAM (Corsair Dominator Platinum 2x 8GB, 3000Mhz DDR4)
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

CPU: i7-7700K

i add a collection of pictures. first one is the server gui screen, second my batch file, third is the minecraft f3 view.

maybe someone get a hint for me :)

PS: sry for english, im just a german student ^^
