[Solved] [1.13.2] Porting blockstates files to 1.13.2

Down below is a json blockstate file I used in my mod back in 1.12.2.

{
	"forge_marker": 1,
	"defaults": {
		"model": "forge:multi-layer",
		"transform": "forge:default-block"
	},
	"variants": {
		"normal": [{
			"custom": {
				"base": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm#base",
				"Solid": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm#base",
				"Cutout": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm#glass"
			}
		}],
		"base": [{
			"model": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm"
		}],
		"glass": [{
			"model": "tinymobfarm:glass_panel"
		}],
		"inventory": [{
			"custom": {
				"base": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm#base",
				"Solid": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm#base",
				"Cutout": "tinymobfarm:ultimate_farm#glass"
			}
		}]
	}
}

However, multiple errors are thrown when I use this blockstate file in 1.13.2.

[17:19:44.920] [Client thread/WARN] [minecraft/ModelBakery]: Exception loading blockstate definition: 'tinymobfarm:blockstates/ultimate_farm.json' in resourcepack: 'main' for variant: 'base': Unknown blockstate property: 'base'
[17:19:44.920] [Client thread/WARN] [minecraft/ModelBakery]: Exception loading blockstate definition: 'tinymobfarm:blockstates/ultimate_farm.json' in resourcepack: 'main' for variant: 'glass': Unknown blockstate property: 'glass'
[17:19:44.920] [Client thread/WARN] [minecraft/ModelBakery]: Exception loading blockstate definition: 'tinymobfarm:blockstates/ultimate_farm.json' in resourcepack: 'main' for variant: 'inventory': Unknown blockstate property: 'inventory'

I'm interpreting that blockstates are defined differently in 1.13.2 with a new variants system? Or is it just because the keywords changed?

How would I fix it?

Due to my block is rendered on both the Solid layer and the Cutout layer, I used two different models (base and glass), one on each layer.

What does this error mean and how would I fix it?
