I want to update my code from 1.12.2 and I do not understand how do they work and how to add a TileEntityType ?

Please help me.

    for the moment, i take exemple of this really simple 1.13.2 mod on github : one item and one block (with a TE) to understand what i'm supposed to do. I almost finish in uptadting my first block, i'm just stuck with the "openGui" part. Hope it can helps you
