Forge Not Loading Mods

Forge quite simply is not loading any mods. I have double, even quadruple checked to make sure I was installing everything correctly. Every website and video says I'm doing it right. I uninstalled and reinstalled MC. Still, to no prevail, Forge just isn't loading any mods. Honestly, the only mods I want are optifine and tree feller. But it won't load either. Below is the log.

I am using MC Java edition (if that helps). Please, someone help me understand! Everytime I launch MC, it just keeps saying "1 mod loaded"

Where are you getting your mods?

How are you installing them?

Please provide your debug.log (More info in the EAQ and my signature)

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

 

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

Optifine doesn't have a Forge-compatible version yet, i was more asking about the other mod you mentioned.
