Mods item disapear while ''use'' it

i create a forge server, i install mods, i install the mods on the server and on my client but when i take  a item (in creative and survival) and i place/use it, it just dissapear but in survival mode it didn't dessapear. what can i do? the version of minecraft are 1.12.2, and the mods are on 1.12.2.

 

mods list: 

Botania

baubles

Colossal chests

optifine

TConstruct

Mantle

You know you need to have the mods on the server too, right?

According to your first post you do, but in the log only the Forge Modules are receiving events, which usually means you didn't actually install them.

That what i did, imput the mods in my client : appdata-> roaming->minecraft->mods and in the server: server files->mods

You have no mods installed on the server according to the log you have provided and the server's folder has 1.7.10 in the name even though it's a 1.12.2 server, something's fishy.

Its like if the mods textures and descriptions are there but not they utility (place them, use them)

 

if you wanna have more information or acces to my server say it!

Your log indicates that you did not.

 

If you can't upload a screenshot for whatever reason, please describe the hierarchy of your server folder in text (although a screenshot would be much better).

 

I'm suspecting that you have put the mods folder in the wrong directory.
