[1.12.2] Item Model problems [.json]

I have a colored wood, but the game search for a single file to render all the colors (metadata) [Like the wool have the items for each color] but I don't know how to say which file to each color in only one file (.json).

Someone can help?

You might be looking for using variants in your blockstates json.

On the log, when not have the file it says that can't find models/item/colored_planks.json
But was to try find like models/item/black_colored_planks.json and continue for each colors.

How I can fix this problem?
