CANT START A FORGE SERVER

Hello

So, I can not start a minecraft forge server. I have tried .bat file ,but nofing seems to work.

EULA is set to TRUE

and clicking the forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-universal does nofing.

 

In .bat = 

java -Xmx2042M -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-universal.jar

I tried to reinstall Java Dev kit

Is this an "I found the issue" or do you still need help?

You have Java 8 u201, which should work fine, however you have also got JDK 11, which will be the default Java used, Forge is not compatible with Java 11 so you should uninstall it, if you need the JDK for writing mods then you should install JDK 8
