so i made i modpack in 1.12.2 with close to 300 mods and i keep getting this crash i didn't get this before i can give the list the the mods if needed 

here is the crashlog

its only when i die to a mob like a creeper or something like that not fall damage

1. Do not follow tutorials on YouTube, especially TechnoVision (previously called Loremaster) and HarryTalks, due to their promotion of bad practice and usage of outdated code.

3. Never copy and paste code. You won't learn anything from doing that.
