Hey guys,

i'm new to Minecraft and found an interesting mod called "DrZhark's Mo'Creatures Mod"

To play this Mod i need Monecraft Forge, so i downloaded the latest Version and installed the files into the minecraft.jar.

During the MOJANG loading Screen my Minecraft is crashing. (There are actually no other Mod files than Minecraft Forge in the "mods"-Folder or in the .jar-File)

This is the Error i've created =)

1 mod loaded

Minecraft Forge 3.3.8.152

FML v2.2.78.153

Forge Mod Loader version 2.2.78.153 for Minecraft 1.2.5

It was installed wrong.

Either you did not merge the directories together in the zip (common with the default Mac zip program, which you are not on)?  Or you used a broken modding program (like MCPatcher, others like MultiMC work fine), or ModLoader was installed and Forge was in the mods directory (wrong, Forge *is* a ModLoader, thus ModLoader is not needed).

How did you install it?

Remember, only Forge should be in the jar, nothing else should be in the jar.

I watched a video about "How to install DrZhark's Mo'Creatures Mod".

In this Video the guy opend the minecraft.jar-File with WinRAR and added the new Files by drag&drop into it =)

I did the same :-)

I've noticed that during searching a solution for my problem xD
