June 17, 20196 yr That depends if the mods are for forge or not, if they are, then yes you need forge. The mod overview/description should say if it's a forge mod or not.
June 23, 20196 yr Remember to download Forge only from https://files.minecraftforge.net/ Don't forget to download the correct version that fits your mods minecraft version. PM's regarding modding questions should belong in the Modder Support sub-forum and won't be answered.
