Posted July 17, 20196 yr Hi, I was wandering, Forge allows (like other server tools) the installation of mods only on the server side? My plan is to mod a server for my friends but the problem is that years ago we did the same and it was a bit painfull when you had 50+ mods and you needed to find the problems between each client to find the problems. I read somewhere that forge now is very similar to bukkit and stuff, so I dont know if maybe I'm missing a configuration to be able to do it? Because I instantly recieve a 'mismatching mod' when triying to connect to the server. Thanks in advance!

If you are not a mod-maker you are in the wrong section of the forum. Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked. DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
