Player keeps disconnecting when joining my server (1.12.2)

I am running a 1.12.2 modded server on forge version 14.23.5.2838 with these mods

Everything works perfectly fine, it's just that there's one player that cannot join because he keeps disconnecting when trying to get on. When I look in my console, this is what I see

I tried to restart my server, computer, had him do the same, try and disable firewall, and a few other things but so far nothing has worked. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it, that would be amazing

Just a thought, your mod list for the server is showing 64 mods while the client is showing 81.

He's timing out, not much you can do other than move the server closer to him or possibly remove mods that do things during login.

The errors you are seeing are results of him logging out rather than causes.
